Active Release Therapy®

ART® is a patented, state-of-the-art soft tissue diagnostic and treatment system. We quickly find the root cause of your symptoms. Then we're able to help you make improvement by breaking up adhesions and scar tissue in muscles. The result is increased flexibility and range of motion, greater strength, and less pain and restriction.

Online Training and Therapy

We use Zoom Meetings to do live instruction and therapy in the comfort of your own home. We can see how you move and what to work on. The things you’ll learn will stay with you for the rest your your life. Keep building a better you!

Online One-on-One Mobility Training
We use Zoom online meetings to do live personalized recovery. We help you test and re-test Range of Motion. We show you how to use your foam roller, Lacrosse ball, stick, etc. to release the adhesions that limit your muscle function. We'll find the right move, the right way, in the right place. This is online in your own home, not in our office.

Therapy Machine Rentals

Use the same therapy machines we have at our office. Take it home, to the race, to the game, wherever you go. Using it several times a day gets you better results. Rent it as long as you need it.
