Mapping Your Body for the Best Treatment
Pain is often more complex than it first appears, and finding the root cause usually takes time. During the first 2–5 appointments, I focus on both treatment and exploration through questions, testing, and hands-on assessment. We call this "mapping the body".
Where you feel pain isn't always where the problem starts. We use a process of elimination, making changes and then retesting movement to see what improves and what doesn't. Every person, injury, and recovery timeline is different, so treatment plans will vary. Your commitment to the process helps us tailor your care and find lasting solutions.
We're building a team and systems that make it easier for people to get the care they need when they need it. Our focus is simple: provide great care, get great results, and help as many people as possible recover and reach their goals
